ARE NCC GROUPS RIGHT FOR YOU?

You are ready (or you WANT to be ready) to begin the healing process without your ex/partner in your life.
You are not married to, and do not have children or joint pets with, your ex/partner and can cut ties when ready.
You have no binding or legal reasons to see or contact your ex/partner.
You are struggling to leave the unhealthy relationship with your ex/partner, or the relationship is over but you are struggling to put it behind you.
You have a private and quiet space to attend Zoom video meetings with high-speed internet on a smart device or laptop.
You are committed to maintaining the group’s privacy and confidentiality - Headphones with a microphone are required for every meeting.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed to help those who can permanently cut ties with their toxic or narcissistic partner once they are ready. This program is for anyone who has no binding or legal reasons to see or have contact with your ex/partner* (like marriage, children, pets).

What is this program for?

This is a support group of compassionate people who are healing due to a relationship with a narcissistic partner. Often we do not have people in our lives who understand what we have been through and do not understand when we are still "not over it". This is the support network that you need to feel inspired and encouraged to do what it takes to get your life back.

Is this program private and confidential?

YES. We do not use last names or identifying information - this program is completely anonymous and safe. Only those with active memberships can attend. We have strict rules to maintain the security and anonymity of the group.

How old do I have to be to join this program?

21 or older.

Is this program for people of any gender identity?

Yes. We have joint groups, as well as separate processing groups for men and women so that everyone can feel as comfortable as possible processing the toxic experiences they endured.

What is the feel of the meetings?

Casual, compassionate, efficiently run.

Does my camera have to be on?

Cameras help with the feeling of safety and security within the group so because of this I ask that you have your camera on for the majority of the time. Check-in at the beginning of the session must be on.

Tech requirements:

Smart phone, tablet, or laptop with a camera, microphone, and speakers. If it works on Zoom then you’ll be all set!
Wifi connection speed that can handle online meetings
Headset required

What if I can’t make it to a session?

No problem, there are absolutely no attendance requirements. This program is for you and only you. The more often you can be here, the more progress you will make.

What is the cancelation policy?

Just cancel 24 hours before the next billing date to not be charged. Your profile will remain active until the end of the billing cycle and you will not be charged again. Return to the program anytime!

Can I cancel and rejoin at another time?

Yes! And in fact, it is encouraged. The idea for this program is that you ALWAYS have a support network when you need it.
